My note
I remember Mortal Kombat as a two-player game because of Shaolin Monks. Liu Kang and Kung Lao move through Outworld together, throwing enemies into whatever dangerous thing the level has left nearby.
The best part was working things out with the person next to you. Who takes which enemy, who needs the health pickup and who gets the fatality. Kung Lao’s hat throw was funny every single time.
